Dear Momma: Four Pillars to Help You Stand

Hi, I am so happy and honored that you are taking the time to read some of my thoughts on motherhood.  I certainly don’t know it all, as motherhood is ever evolving, but what I do know I am happy to share. I have learned some things from the wise counsel and wisdom of others, by trial and error and by earning a masters degree in marriage and family therapy.

I am extremely thankful that in the midst of my journey, I have discovered what I call “Four Pillars to Help You Stand.”  These pillars are different focuses that I have learned to be intentional about as a momma.  They do not represent everything that motherhood entails but they have been monumental in my life. Dear momma, you are worthy and magnificent and as you read, know that I am cheering you on. Here we go...

But First, a Poem

My prayer is that you feel my love for you.  My hope is that you feel seen in all you do.  My desire is to light a fire for where you are in life, to encourage you to take it all in and begin each day encouraged again and again.  You are significant, you are valued, and you are loved. You are beautiful and you are raising our future! For that you are my hero!

xoxo,

Sarah-Gayle
