The 12-Week Couples Reset
Twelve sessions, 55 minutes each, one a week, both partners every time, with the same coach the whole way through. Online or at our Chandler office. You know how many sessions there are before you start, and you know when it ends.

What the other programs include
- Premarital: ten sessions covering communication, conflict and repair, money, family expectations, intimacy and shared faith, plus documentation of completion for churches that require it and Arizona covenant marriage counseling from an ordained minister
- Intensive: a marriage assessment, lunch and refreshments both days, three follow-up sessions across the 90 days after, and text-message encouragement between them
- Workshop: two hours in person at the Chandler office, capped at 15 couples, with nothing you are required to share with the room
The Christian versions of these programs are the same price. The material does not change. What changes is how much scripture and prayer is in the room, and you set that.
If your wedding is closer than ten weeks out, tell us on the consultation and we will compress the premarital program into fewer, longer sessions rather than quietly dropping the parts that matter. Premarital is online. Intensives and workshops run in person at the Chandler office. Everything else is available either way.
Why There Is No Insurance
Hope Relentless is a coaching practice, not a licensed clinical one. We do not diagnose, we do not treat mental health conditions, and we do not bill insurers. That means no diagnosis, no billing code, and no claim, so nothing about your marriage becomes part of a medical record. For a lot of couples that privacy is the reason they choose coaching in the first place.
The tradeoff is real and we would rather say it than dance around it. No insurance also means no reimbursement. If cost is the deciding factor and your plan covers therapy, therapy may genuinely be the better call, and we will tell you that on the consultation rather than three sessions in.
When We Are Not the Right Next Step
If money is the thing standing between you and getting help, we would rather point you somewhere real than watch you stretch for this.
Start with the workshop
Two hours, $149 for the two of you, in person at the Chandler office. It is a real piece of the work rather than a sales pitch with coffee. We will walk you through what continuing with us looks like, and that is information, not a pitch.
Ask your church
Plenty of churches run premarital and marriage mentoring with trained couples at no cost. If that is available to you and cost is the deciding factor, take it. We would rather you did that than stretch for this.
And if there is violence, intimidation, or fear for safety at home, if addiction is active and untreated, or if a mental health condition needs a clinical evaluation first, none of our programs are the right starting point regardless of budget. It does not mean the marriage is over. It means the order matters. Tell us on the consultation and we will help you find what comes first.
Questions About Pricing
Do you take insurance?
No, and we do not submit anything to insurers. Coaching is private pay only. There is no diagnosis, no billing code, and no claim, which means nothing about your marriage enters a medical record. The tradeoff is that there is no reimbursement either, so if cost is the deciding factor and your plan covers therapy, therapy may be the better call.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes on the longer programs. The 12-Week Couples Reset is three monthly payments of $795 with one coach, or $1,195 with both of us. Premarital is three monthly payments of $445. In every case the payments run alongside the program rather than past it, so you are paying as you go instead of financing anything. Paying in full is less overall, $390 less on the twelve week with one coach and $210 less on premarital, and we would rather tell you that than have you work it out afterward.
Do you do per-session pricing?
Not for couples starting with us. Every program has a set number of sessions and a set price, decided once at the beginning when the two of you are thinking clearly, rather than re-decided every week in the middle of a hard stretch.
There is one exception. Couples who have already finished a program with us can book sessions one at a time afterward, on a lighter rhythm that is closer to a check-up than a program. You already know the process by then, so those sessions are doing a different job. Ask us about it when you finish.
What is the difference between one coach and both of you?
The program is identical. What changes is who is in the room. With one coach, you work with Chad or Sarah-Gayle the whole way through. With both, you get a man and a woman in every session, which some couples want because it removes any sense that one partner is going to be outnumbered or that the coach will naturally side with the other. If you are not sure, ask us on the consultation and we will give you an honest read rather than pointing you at the more expensive one.
Do both of us have to attend?
Yes. Both partners are in every session of every program we run, and we do not offer individual sessions. If one of you is more hesitant than the other, that is normal and it is not a reason to wait. If a partner is genuinely unwilling to be in the room, this is not the right time, because there is no version of what we do with one person.
Is the consultation really free, and is it a sales call?
It is free, it is 30 minutes, and nobody signs anything on it. We ask what has been going on, you ask us whatever you want, and we give you an honest read on whether one of our programs fits or whether something else would serve you better. Plenty of those calls end with us pointing a couple somewhere other than here.
What if we cannot afford this right now?
Say so. The workshop is $149 for the two of you and it is a real piece of the work rather than a sales pitch, so that is usually where we would point you first. Beyond that, plenty of churches run marriage mentoring at no cost and it is worth asking about wherever you attend. What we are not going to do is talk you into a program that puts you under financial strain, because that adds a problem instead of solving one.
