Short answer: our office is at 3075 W Ray Rd #200 in Chandler, at Loop 101 and Ray Road. From downtown Chandler it's about twelve minutes. We coach couples together, and it starts with a free 30-minute consultation.

Downtown Chandler is where a lot of couples go to get back to each other. Dinner, a walk, a show. Plenty of them still come home feeling like roommates, and that's the clue. The night out was never the problem. What the other six days are doing is.

Here's how I think about it. Your marriage is an account. Every interaction is a deposit or a withdrawal, and deposits minus withdrawals equals health. A great date night is a big deposit. A week of short answers and phones at the table can quietly outspend it.

Most of us count our own deposits generously and our spouse's withdrawals precisely. That's backwards, and it's the first thing we turn around.

Deposits Minus Withdrawals Equals Health

A fifteen-minute check you do together once a week. Start with your own column, not your spouse's.

1

Name what fills the account

Each of you finishes the sentence, "I feel loved when..." Be specific. A text in the middle of the day counts. So does the dishwasher.

2

Name your own withdrawals

The sharp tone, the phone at dinner, the plan you forgot. Yours, not theirs. This is the personal responsibility step, and it's the one that changes the room.

3

Do the math without a scorecard

Are the deposits outpacing the withdrawals this week? You're looking at direction, not a grade. A ledger used to win an argument becomes a weapon.

4

Make one deposit tomorrow

One small, specific thing in your spouse's language, not yours. Then check in again next week.

It will feel a little like bookkeeping at first. Stay with it. It's a guide, not a law, and it only works with a humble heart behind it.

What This Looks Like With Us

Built around your real week

Sessions happen at our Chandler office or online. We help you set up check-ins and deposits that fit the schedule you actually have.

Both of you, every time

We don't offer individual sessions. Each of you owns your own side, and both of you grow at the same time. Nobody is the project.

Coached by someone who's been there

You'll work with Sarah-Gayle or me, matched on your consultation. Sarah-Gayle holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific, and works here as a coach, not a clinician. I'm an ordained minister. We've been married more than twenty years and have coached thousands of couples.

Coaching, not therapy. We don't diagnose, we don't treat mental health conditions, and we don't bill insurance. Both partners come to every session, and we don't offer individual work. If what you need is licensed clinical care, we'll tell you and help you find it.

Questions Couples Ask

How far is your office from downtown Chandler?

About twelve minutes by car from the corner of Arizona Avenue and Boston Street, at typical traffic. Our office is at 3075 W Ray Rd #200, near Loop 101. We also meet online.

We have a great date night every week. Why are we still disconnected?

Because a date night is one deposit and a marriage is a daily account. We look at what the rest of the week is doing, then build small deposits into ordinary days so the big nights aren't carrying the whole load.

Is the deposits and withdrawals check just a way to keep score?

No, and that's the trap we teach you to avoid. You start with your own withdrawals, not your spouse's. The goal is direction, not a verdict. We'll show you how to hold it so it connects you instead of becoming ammunition.
